FullStacked Cloud terms

These terms are a contract between you and Les Services FullStacked (Charles-Philippe Lepage) for the use of FullStacked Cloud: the Console, Git hosting, managed data, tunnels, the MCP server, the install service and related services (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept them. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

1. The Service

FullStacked Cloud lets you host projects that run in the FullStacked app, store data, connect private networks and let AI agents work on your projects. We may change, add or remove features. Features marked as beta or preview are provided as they are.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep a verified email address.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your account, its access tokens and the AI agents you connect: an agent acts with the permissions you give it.
  • Keep your tokens secret. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account was compromised.
  • You must be at least 14 years old, and the age of majority where you live to buy a paid plan.

3. Plans, limits and payment

  • Base is free, with the limits shown on our pricing page (projects, data instances, tunnels, storage and monthly transfer).
  • Pro costs 200 US dollars per month, billed in advance through our payment provider, plus applicable taxes. It removes those limits. A project with at least one Pro member is not counted against the limits of its members (Pro Sponsorship).
  • You can cancel Pro at any time in the Console; it stays active until the end of the period already paid. Paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
  • If a payment fails, Pro stays active for a 7-day grace period, then the account returns to Base.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period.

Over the Base limits: assets that exceed the limits are frozen. You can still read, download and delete them, but not add to them. Tunnels that exceed their monthly transfer stop until the next month. If an account stays over the limits for 90 days, we delete the most recent frozen assets, after warning you by email 30, 7 and 1 day before.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your code, data and other content. You give us the right to host, copy, transmit and process it only to provide the Service to you and the people you share it with.

Backups are your responsibility. We do not back up managed databases or file storage, and deleting an instance deletes its data permanently. Keep your own copies of anything important.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • break the law, or store or share content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, or exploits minors;
  • send spam, phishing or malware, or attack, scan or disrupt other systems (including through tunnels);
  • mine cryptocurrency, or overload or get around the limits of the Service;
  • access accounts, data or networks without permission, or test our security without our written agreement;
  • resell the Service without an agreement with us.

We may remove content, limit or suspend access to stop a violation, an attack or a risk to the Service or to others, with notice when we reasonably can.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but the Base and Pro plans come with no service level commitment. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of events beyond our control.

7. Ending the contract

You can stop at any time and delete your account in the Console (Settings → Profile). We may end your access for a serious breach of these terms, or end the Service with at least 60 days' notice, during which you can download your content.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers such as our sign-in and payment provider, and works with tools you choose (Git hosts, AI agents, npm). Their own terms apply to them.

9. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event (or CA$100 if you use Base). We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the Québec Consumer Protection Act or other laws that cannot be waived.

10. Personal information

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Organizations that process their users' information through the Service can sign our Data Processing Addendum.

11. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a significant change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that date.

12. Law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada applicable there. The courts of the district of Montréal have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to sue where you live. These terms exist in French and English; you received the French version first, and both versions are equally valid.
